Who Needs this Training?

Workers who handle or work with compressed gas must be trained in the protection and dangers of using compressed gas. This training program must be in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.101 and must include specific information on the hazards and how to stay safe.

Dangers of Remaining Uncertified

All employees who use or are exposed to the hazards presented by compressed gas must receive training associated with compressed gas. If training is not administered or other safety measures are not taken, injuries and possible fatal situations may occur.
