ISNetworld® will serve as the main contractor management platform for Kohler Co. Contractors for Kohler will have until March 18, 2022 to sign up and gain compliance within ISNetworld®. They will require companies to complete the following information:
- Company Profile
- Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Questionnaire
- EHS Written Safety Programs
- Proof of Insurance
- OSHA Forms
- Other Documentation as required
For companies who already have an ISN® account, no additional fee is required. However, contractor supplier companies will want to make sure they are linked with Kohler Co. and meet all requirements. Kohler Co. believes the benefits exceed any costs associated with ISN® membership fees as membership with contractor management platforms have shown to streamline compliance, bolster safety programs and reduce lost time incidents on the contractor level.

OSHA Forms and other regulatory documentation – If you don’t have OSHA 300 and 300A forms, we’ll create them for you, upload on your behalf. We will also compare each incident on your OSHA 300 logs with the OSHA Recordkeeping Handbook to prevent overreporting.
Insurance – JJ Safety will work directly with your insurance agent to gather the correct proof of insurance certificates with accurate verbiage to ensure you pass the review. We will also compare the insurance requirements in ISN with the executed contract or MSA to make sure the two align. Oftentimes, insurance requirements in ISN do not match requirements set forth in the contract.
Ongoing management – because even when you’re done, you’re never actually done in ISNetworld®, JJ Safety offers a yearly account management service to keep your account completely up to date. Anytime new programs, new training, or other requirements are added – JJ Safety will complete these requirements at no charge and inform you of any changes.
