Enchanted Rock Electric has become one of the newest additions to ISNetworld®’s network of almost 700 hiring clients to streamline the contractor management process.
Enchanted Rock Electric is based out of Houston, Texas. They were founded in 2006 and as per their website, they are the “national leader in electrical resiliency-as-a-service, powering companies, critical infrastructure, and communities to ensure business continuity during unexpected power outages from extreme weather, infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, and other grid disruptions.” Enchanted Rock Electric was founded by Thomas McAndrew in 2006. McAndrew used his experience in the US Navy to create a cleaner, quieter and more reliable solution than traditional diesel generators. Enchanted Rock Electric is a member of numerous associations and organizations including the American Water Works Association, American Gas Association, The Business Council for Sustainable Energy, and the Edison Electric Institute, just to name a few. Enchanted Rock Electric currently employs an estimated 100-200 employees and is projected to continue growth. Their business relationship with ISNetworld® will help growth progression through the ability to streamline their contractor management process.
ISNetworld® is an industry leader in supply chain risk management. Established in 2001, ISN® currently has nearly 700 hiring clients and 70,000+ contractors utilizing their network. ISNetworld® streamlines the contractor management and contractor prequalification process. Without companies like ISN®, it is likely that hiring companies would struggle to organize the process of contractor information management.
Partnered with ISN®, companies can spend more time growing their business and less time vetting their contractors and suppliers.
Enchanted Rock Electric contractors will need to sign up with ISN® to be considered in the contractor selection process. There is a fee associated with ISN® membership but Enchanted Rock Electric believes the benefits outweigh the costs by far. For contractors who already have an existing ISN® account, no additional fee is required, but will need to make sure they are connected with Enchanted Rock Electric within ISN®. Contractors will need to complete the following:
- Company Profile
- HSE (Health, Safety and Environmental) Questionnaire
- HSE Written Programs
- OSHA Forms
- Experience Modification Rate
- Other documentation as required
Contractors will have until June 22, 2022 to complete all required items and gain compliance with Enchanted Rock Electric within ISN®.

Ongoing management – because even when you’re done, you’re never actually done in ISNetworld®, JJ Safety offers annual account management services. We keep your account completely up to date by completing monthly, quarterly, and annual statistical updates as well as new programs, safety training, and other requirements added by your customers.
